Data Deletion Instructions: BOCO Ads Executor

BOCO Ads Executor is an internal agency tool. It does not use Facebook Login and holds no personal Facebook user profiles. It only reads advertising data from Meta ad accounts that client businesses have shared with Boco Ventures Private Limited.

To stop access immediately

An admin of the client business can remove BOCO's access at any time: Meta Business Suite → Settings → Users → Partners → select BOCO → remove the assets or remove the partner.

To request deletion of stored data

Email abhishek@boco.vc with the subject "Data deletion request", and include:

• Your business name and the ad account(s) or Page(s) concerned.
• Your role. You must be an admin of the business that owns the assets.

We will confirm receipt within 3 business days and verify the request with the owner of the assets. Within 30 days we will delete the stored advertising data, reports and cached insights for those assets, revoke any related tokens and confirm in writing. We keep records of approved changes only where the law requires it.
